The agreement

By installing or using Stonekept, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install. The Stonekept app is provided as-is. Paid tiers are billed through Apple's App Store under Apple's standard subscription terms.

Your account

Free users do not need an account. Paid tiers require an email and an Apple ID. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and recovery phrase safe. We cannot recover your memories if you lose the recovery phrase, because we cannot decrypt them.

Your content

You own your recordings, transcripts, and extracted memories. Stonekept does not claim a license to use, train on, or redistribute them. Sync transports them as encrypted blobs only.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Stonekept to record people without their consent where consent is required by local law.
• Do not attempt to abuse the broker, the AI access tunnel, or the App Store billing in ways that disrupt other users.

Termination

You can cancel a subscription anytime through the App Store. Canceling reverts you to the Free tier. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify subscribers by email before material changes take effect.
